Desktop (Windows, macOS, Linux)

  • Allow third-party cookies:
    1. Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
    2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
    3. Select Allow all cookies or add our site to the Sites that can always use cookies section.
  • Disable strict privacy settings:

    If you're using extensions like Privacy Badger or uBlock Origin, make sure to whitelist our site.

  • Clear cookies if you're experiencing issues:
    1. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
    2. Clear cookies and site data.

Mobile (Android, iOS)

  • Allow all cookies:
    1. Open the Chrome app and go to Settings > Site settings > Cookies.
    2. Select Allow all cookies.
  • Add an exception for our site:

    Scroll to Allowed sites and add our website (e.g., yourstore.com).

  • Disable Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP):
    1. Open Safari, then go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
    2. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking.
  • Allow cookies:

Mobile (iOS)

  • Turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking:
    1. Open Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security.
    2. Toggle off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
  • Clear cookies and history if needed:

    Go to Settings > Safari and tap Clear History and Website Data.

  • Set Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard:
    1. Open Firefox, click the menu (three lines) and go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
    2. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select Standard to ensure our site works.
  • Allow cookies for our site:
    1. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section and click Manage Exceptions.
    2. Add our website (e.g., yourstore.com) to the allowed list.

Mobile (Android, iOS)

  • Disable strict tracking settings:
    1. Open the Firefox app and go to Settings > Enhanced Tracking Protection.
    2. Choose Standard for balanced privacy and site functionality.
  • Use regular browsing mode:

    Avoid Private Tabs for shopping, as they may block necessary cookies.
